Zac McInerney is a second year Counselor Education and Supervision doctoral student. With seven years’ experience working with diverse populations in the mental health field, he has been a professional counselor for five years and is fully licensed as a counselor in the state of Wyoming and Colorado. Zac has served as an instructor and co-instructor in clinical courses teaching on trauma-informed care, and he conducts research on the topic of trauma-informed care. Zac currently practices with clients, supervisees, students, and professional counselors following the principles of trauma-informed care.
