The presenter is a Counselor Educator (19 years) and Counselor (25 years), currently serving as a Professor within the region. Scholarly interests include: establishing accessible counseling services for underserved populations, couple and family counseling, rural counseling practice, clinical supervision, qualitative research methodologies, and integration of the arts into counseling and teaching. She has published one book, multiple book chapters and papers, given many presentations, and received over 13 million in external grant funding.
