Alli Bristow, PhD, LSC, LCPC, NCC, is an Assistant Adjunct Professor in the Counselor Education and Supervision program at the University of Montana. She is a National Board Certified Counselor, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, and a licensed school counselor in Montana. Alli is a former school counselor and crisis therapist in Arizona and Montana. Her current research interests are in supporting school counselors in training in using evidence-based practices to improve retention and prevent burnout. Alli provides individual supervision to school counseling interns and was named the 2023 Montana School Counselor of the Year. She is a strong advocate for rural school counselors and is deeply committed to supporting students, families, and the school counseling profession
