Adasa Jorgenson-Pascual, M.Ed., LPC

Adasa Jorgenson-Pascual is a Licensed Professional School Counselor practicing in a K–12 charter school setting in Utah. She holds a Master’s degree in School Counseling and currently serves as a systems-oriented counseling leader, supporting academic, behavioral, and postsecondary readiness initiatives aligned with the ASCA National Model. Her work integrates data-informed decision-making, culturally responsive assessment practices, and collaborative school improvement planning.

Adasa has particular expertise in multilingual learner advocacy, equitable assessment interpretation, and family engagement systems that center historically marginalized communities. She regularly disaggregates academic and behavioral data to identify opportunity gaps and works alongside administrative teams to align counseling interventions with schoolwide priorities. Her approach emphasizes contextualized data analysis, highlighting how omitted variables, cultural bias, and systemic inequities can influence interpretation and student outcomes.

In addition to her counseling leadership, Adasa is the founder of Puentes y Raíces: Bridging Possibilities, a community-based initiative focused on empowering immigrant and multilingual families through education, mentorship, and advocacy.
