Yonka Clark, MA, PLPC, NCC, is a counselor and doctoral student in Counselor Education and Supervision at Adams State University. Her work is grounded in a person-centered, relational approach with intentional attention to ethics, culture, and diversity. Yonka’s clinical and scholarly interests include counselor identity development, culturally responsive practice, and ethical decision-making in complex relational systems. She is committed to advocacy-informed practice and preparing counselors to engage clients with humility, presence, and cultural accountability.
