Danielle Kahlo, PhD, LPC is an Associate Professor in the Department of Applied Psychology and Counselor Education at the University of Northern Colorado and has been a member of UNC’s Professional Counseling faculty since 2009. Areas of interest include working with the Veteran population, therapeutic assessment, and resilience, with an emphasis on utilizing tools such as whole-health approaches to wellness, mindfulness, and self-compassion, both in clinical practice and in counselor education and development.
