I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2005, Bachelor of Science from Louisiana State University in 2011, Master of Science in Counseling in Marriage, Family, and Couples Therapy from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2020, and my PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of Holy Cross in 2025. My dissertation examined licensed professional counselors' lived experiences in the diagnostic process, focusing on how gender shapes it.
I am a board-certified National Certified Counselor (NCC) by the National Board for Certified Counselors, and I have earned certification as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional from Evergreen Certifications.
