Dr. Lee currently serves as an assistant professor in the Department of Counseling at the University of Texas at San Antonio and has obtained his doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Supervision at the University of Arkansas. His primary research interests lie in the areas of professional identity and development, counselor burnout and wellness, multicultural counseling and social justice, and dispositional assessment. He is an active member of diverse counseling associations and is currently serving as an editorial board member of the Journal of Asia Pacific Counseling and the International Journal for the Advancement of Counselling.
