Heather Martinez is an independently licensed counselor, clinical supervisor, and current PhD student committed to shaping the next generation of clinicians through rigorous scholarship, character formation, and culturally responsive practice. With advanced training in counseling and counselor education, she integrates attachment theory, cognitive‑behavioral approaches, systemic models, and a deeply rooted biblical anthropology into both her teaching and clinical work. Heather is also trained in EMDR therapy, bringing trauma‑responsive, evidence‑based care into her practice and supervision.
