Meg Radunich is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor and a doctoral student in Counselor Education and Supervision at Waynesburg University. She currently serves as an adjunct instructor at Utah Valley University, teaching master’s-level counselors in training. Meg brings over 12 years of experience in higher education career services, including director level roles at New York University’s Career Center and Boston University’s Career Center.

Her research interests focus on how counseling programs prepare master’s-level clinicians for the job market, the role of career readiness within clinical supervision, and the extent to which counseling students feel informed about and prepared for career pathways beyond traditional clinical counseling roles. As a practicing mental health counselor, Meg specializes in career satisfaction and maintains a small clinical caseload of approximately 10 clients per week. She also integrates wellness-based perspectives into her work and is a registered yoga teacher.
