Karen is currently proposing her dissertation for a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from University of Northern Colorado. She has a Master’s Degree of Education from Vanderbilt University in Human Development Counseling. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from University of Iowa.
Karen has spent her career navigating the intersection of mental health and criminal justice systems. She also has extensive clinical, supervision, management, and teaching experience.
