Jesika Stuart, Ph.D., LPSC, NCC, is a Clinical Faculty member in the School of Counselor Education at Adams State University. Since 2021, she has prepared school counselors through teaching, supervision, and mentorship across practicum and internship experiences. Prior to counselor education, Dr. Stuart served as a high school counselor and department chair in Tennessee for six years. Her dissertation examined school counselor burnout and the role of supervision as a protective factor. She has extensive experience supervising counselors-in-training and remains committed to supporting the development of professional identity and theoretical grounding in school counseling practice.
