Doctoral candidate in Counselor Education and Supervision with a strong foundation in multicultural practice, trauma-responsive care, and counselor development. Provides comprehensive biopsychosocial intake and risk assessment alongside developmentally attuned therapeutic services for children, adolescents, and adults within systemic and relational frameworks. Supervisory practice includes individual and family-based supervision of master’s-level counselors-in-training, real-time clinical observation with structured formative feedback, mid-session intervention coaching, post-session processing, competency-based review of recorded sessions, and clinical documentation auditing to ensure ethical integrity and client welfare. In addition, develops and facilitates applied professional trainings for caregivers and behavioral health professionals focused on trauma-informed caregiving, ethical and legal standards, documentation excellence, and foundational counseling competencies to strengthen emerging clinicians’ effectiveness and promote safe, accountable practice.
