Dr. Bonnie Nicholson is an Assistant Professor and the Professional Counseling External Placement Coordinator in the Department of Applied Psychology and Counselor Education at the University of Northern Colorado. Bonnie specializes in working with systems, including couples and family therapy. Bonnie is currently serving as the membership chair of RMACES. Areas of interest include cultural humility and broaching, intimate partner violence assessment, and best practices for working with blended families.
