Rebbecca Gossett has worked as a PreK-12 school counselor in New Mexico for over 11 years, primarily serving rural communities. For the past eight years, she has also practiced in private practice and is a Registered Play Therapist–Supervisor. While her work primarily focuses on children and adolescents, she has experience working with clients across the lifespan using Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, sandtray, and expressive arts therapy. She has been an Instructor of Counseling at Eastern New Mexico University since 2024 and is currently in her third year as a doctoral student in Counselor Education and Supervision at Adams State University.
