Liz Sump, LPC, M.A. is a licensed professional counselor renowned for her diverse skill set and adeptness in implementing various therapeutic modalities across a wide range of populations. With a background in wilderness therapy, Seven Challenges curriculum, and intensive training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) through the Linehan Institute, Liz brings a comprehensive approach to her psychotherapy practice in Hilo, Hawaii. Her experience spans from urban environments with Potomac Pathways Intensive Out Patient program in the greater D.C. metro area to community mental health in the rural community of Questa and Taos New Mexico, providing her with a nuanced understanding of opioid addiction and co-morbidity issues.
